

Born December 11, 1953, in Suffolk, Virginia, Billy lived a life filled with dedication to his country, his family, and above all, his faith. He proudly served his country for four years in the United States Army, carrying the values of duty and honor throughout his life.
Billy was a man of many passions. He had a deep appreciation for a good cup of coffee, the beauty and craftsmanship of vintage cars and spent many thrilling hours following NASCAR. In the fall, his Saturdays were dedicated to cheering on his favorite college football team Notre Dame,always rallying behind them with a hearty, "Go Fighting Irish!"
He was a wonderful father and a loyal friend who touched the lives of many with his warmth and kindness.
Billy was preceded in death by his father, James William Castellow II; his mother, Helen Elizabeth Castellow; and his baby brother, Eric Castello. His memory will be kept alive by his three daughters; Angel Maybin(Ryan), Karina Castello(Izaiyah)and Angel Castello(Rafe), who he loved and cherished deeply.
Billy also leaves behind a proud legacy through his 12 beloved grandchildren; Joseph, Alivia, Oktober, Amberlyn, Benjamin, Jaxson, Alaina, Izayah, Mary, Sophia, Charlie, Hezekiah and 5 honorary grand children, who brought immense joy to his life.
Billy will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.
