Jimmy was a devoted father, grandfather, and brother. He will be remembered for his skilled hands as a mechanic, his passion for hot rod shows, and his love for the great outdoors.
Known for his exceptional talent under the hood, he could fix almost anything. He spent his career as a dedicated mechanic, taking immense pride in his work and always willing to lend a helping hand to others.
His love for classic cars was unmatched. He spent countless weekends attending local hot rod shows, admiring the craftsmanship, and sharing stories with fellow car enthusiasts.
When he wasn't working on cars, he found peace in nature. He loved escaping on fishing trips and camping adventures, especially when he was joined by his family. Above all, he cherished his role as a patriarch. He was a loving brother, a guiding father, and a doting grandfather who leaves behind a legacy of hard work, adventure, and unconditional love.
He is survived by his loving wife Theresa Hernandez, his children Jacob and Caleb Hernandez, daughter in law Haleigh Hernandez and loving grandchild Christian Hernandez with another beautiful grand baby on the way, and siblings Carolyn Guerrero, Phil Hernandez, Mary Helen Lopez, Christina Mendez, and Julie Torres. He was preceded in death by his parents Victor and Julia Hernandez, and siblings Pete Hernandez, Ann Solis, Cecelia Hernandez and Victor Hernandez.
