A faithful and devoted woman, Anna’s life was marked by steady love, quiet strength, and a deep commitment to the people and beliefs that mattered most to her. She was a homemaker who poured care and purpose into her home, and her presence was a constant source of comfort to those around her.
Anna was married to Emmett Peake for over 60 years; a lifelong partnership grounded in devotion and enduring family bonds. She is survived by two sons, John Peake and Michael Peake; one daughter-in-law, Cassie Evans; her sister, Beatrice Desanti; and her grandchildren, Corey, April, Christopher, and Colton, along with five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Noble Barnett, and her sister, Lydia Pulley.
For over 25 years, Anna was a member of Saint James Catholic Church, and she was known as a very Godly woman whose faith shaped the way she lived and loved. Above all, she cherished her family and took joy in the everyday moments of life. She loved watching TV—especially wrestling—along with reading, working on crossword puzzles, and shopping.
Anna will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, whose faithful heart and devoted spirit left a lasting imprint on all who knew her.
