Barbara Ann Coffman

Barbara Ann Anderson Coffman, 82, passed away on August 11, 2024, at Kensington Manor Nursing Home, with her family by her side. She was born on February 27, 1942, in Grayson County, KY, to the late Cordis Delaware Anderson and Bertha Campbell.

She was a member of First Christian Church of Elizabethtown. She was self-employed with her husband for many years before working at Dr. William Godfrey’s office for over 30 years. Barbara loved being with friends and playing Bunco, but most importantly spending time with her family, especially her grandkids.

She is survived by her son, Brad Coffman (Jennifer); grandchildren, Kaitlyn Coffman Gambrel (Nic), Nicolas Coffman, and Delainey Coffman; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in passing by her husband Carroll Coffman; and siblings, Robye, Wilma, Nell, Mary Alice, and Gordon. A funeral to celebrate her life will take place on Thursday, August 15th, at 11 AM, at Brown Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 14th, from 4 PM to 8 PM, and continues at 9 AM on Thursday until time of service at 11 AM at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest at Hardin Memorial Park following the service.
