

She was a native of Hardin County and a member of St. James Catholic Church where she was active with the bereavement committee and the American Red Cross blood drive. Barbara was an avid Kentucky Wildcats basketball fan and loved gardening.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Amos Williams, Jr.; her parents, Henry and Nell Everitt; a brother, Raymond Munson and four sisters, Joy Hobbs, Margaret Busk, Juanita Grimes and Pauline Brown.
Survivors include her two sons, Billy (Patsy) Williams of Elizabethtown and Larry (Denise) Williams of Jupiter, FL; three daughters, Brenda (David) Seymour of Bardstown, Kimberly (David) Smith of Houston, TX and Bobbie Jo (Gary) Carter of Nashville, TN; eleven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren and her dog, Bitsy.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 27, 2026 at St. James Catholic Church.
Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 26th and continue after 9 a.m. Friday at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown.
