She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved the Lord and was a very giving person. Belinda enjoyed gardening, writing poems, and songs.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Jack Phillips; her parents, Viola and Raymond; three brothers, Ronnie, Wally, and Marvin; two grandchildren, Sara Burch and Robert Patterson.
Survivors include two daughters, Donna Rene (Raymond) Patterson and Tracy (Wayne) Mason; one sister, Kathy Andrews; three grandchildren, Amber Patterson-Young, London Mason, and Skyler Mason; three great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a special family-friend, Linda.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.
