Betty was born on September 24, 1933, in Barttles, KY to the late Ernest and Lucille Swartz.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Goodman; her son, Mark Goodman; and son-in-law, Stephen Kuhn.
She was survived by her daughters, Yvonnda (Harlan) Mitchell, Lanita Kuhn; grandchildren, Christopher Mitchell, Tiffany (Derrick) Boman, Heather Kuhn, Caroline Kuhn, Ayleah (Anthony) Alejandre, Chantelle (David) French; great-grandchildren, Taylor (Zack) Janes, Hunter (Emily) Mitchell, Leander Bowman, Dominic Bowman.
The Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, September 11, from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM at Brown Funeral Home, 306 College Street, Elizabethtown, KY.
