He was born in Louisville Kentucky on January 10, 1942, to William and Ruby Percefull. In 1965, Billy Joe married the love of his life, Joan.
Billy Joe retired from GTE. He was a member of Severns Valley Baptist Church. Billy Joe loved fishing and spending time outdoors. He enjoyed meeting and talking with others and never met a stranger.
Billy Joe is survived by his wife, Joan; son, Troy (Julie) Percefull; and special friend Don Castleman. Billy Joe was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation for Billy Joe will be at 10:00 am on Friday, September 26, 2025, at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown Kentucky, with funeral services at 2:00 pm with burial to follow at Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Billy Joe's honor to Severns Valley Baptist Church building fund or the charity or your choice.
