Bobbie Hollan

Born October 28th, 1939 to Robert "Bob" Bales and Shirley Yates Bales in Leitchfield, Kentucky.

Bobbie is preceded in death by her parents; brothers Robert Jr. and Jerry Edwin; her daughter Susan Elaine; And her fur-babies Bo and Puddles.

Elaine is survived by her children Richard "Rick" Harris, Chris C Brooks; a son-in-law Tony; grandsons Tyler and Clayton Brooks; her sister Joyce Dunn; a niece Patricia Lee; two nephews Greg and Michael Dunn; great nieces Hope, Kayla Lee, and Brittany; and a great nephew Justin Dunn.

Her children and grandsons were her pride and joy.

She was employed at Gates Rubber Company for 30+ years, Fairwinds Credit Union 8+ years. She was an big fan of UK Wildcats Basketball. She was a KY Colonel. She was a member of Living Hope Baptist Church. She loved to cook especially for family and she enjoyed tending to her many flowers.

A visitation will be held Tuesday May 12th, At Brown Funeral Home at 9:00 am, with a service to follow at 1:00 pm.
