Brian Michael Martin

Born December 5th,1953, in Pacific Palisades, California. He grew up surfing and racing cars up and down Sunset Blvd.

In 1992, he moved to Kentucky, where he was welcomed and accepted by his wife’s family and made many friends.

Brian was truly a unique individual. He always had a smile and could make anyone laugh. He wore Hawaiian shirts and shorts every year for as long as he could, and mourned when he had to don his pants and shoes.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Barbara Martin, and his sister Diane Bock.

Survivors include Denise Martin, his wife of 35 years. His brother, David Martin, and his wife, Natalia. His children, Melissa Roberts, and son-in-law Deryck. Christine Martin and his beloved nephew Christopher Haycraft. Grandchildren Tiernon, Lillion, Shiloh, Ravyn, and Diamond. Several in-laws, outlaws, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Cremation was chosen.

A celebration of Brian’s Life is scheduled for November 23rd,2025, at his home, 1177 Martin Meadow Lane, Magnolia, KY, beginning at 2 pm. All who knew him are encouraged to stop by and share a Martin story. Condolences may be expressed online at brownfuneral.com
