He was born on March 24, 1943 in Wallins Creek, Kentucky to the late Charles and Effie Simpson Miller.
Charles attended First Christian Church, where he taught the Seekers Sunday school and was a member of the men’s bible study group.
He was a very loving and kindhearted man.
Charles was a former teacher at J.T. Alton Middle School and later worked at Hardin County Water District, where he retired.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Peggy Meyers Miller; and an infant son, Chuck.
Survivors include his nieces and a nephew; and his special friends, The Hinton Family.
The funeral is at 11 AM on Monday, December 22, 2025 at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with Pastor Chris Kiger officiating.
Burial follows in Vine Grove Cemetery.
Visitation begins at 10 AM on Monday and continues until the time of service.
