He was a native of Hardin County and was a handyman.
Survivors include his mother, Donna Veirs Owen of Elizabethtown; two sons, Austin Owen of Radcliff and Christopher Owen of West Virginia and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. with a Memorial Service starting at 11 a.m. at Tunnel Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Josh Looten officiating.
