Colin Dean McGuffin

He was born on July 13, 1973, in Hardin County, Kentucky to Roger and Barbara Thomas McGuffin.

Colin was a Christian since the age of 9 and attended First Baptist Church of Hodgenville for the last 13 years.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Jess and Mayme McGuffin and maternal grandparents, Glen and Bessie Thomas; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Survivors include his parents, Rev. Roger and Barbara McGuffin, who took care of him his entire life. He is also survived by two brothers, Rev. Barry (Sheri) McGuffin of Bardstown and Chad (Ashley) McGuffin of Elizabethtown; 5 nephews, Brit (Laura), Ian (Karely), Tristan, Connor, and Cayden; 2 great-nieces, Mia and Kiara; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The funeral is at 1:00 PM on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with Brother Ron Davis officiating.

Burial follows in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.

Visitation begins from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, April 24th and continues after 11:00 AM Saturday at the funeral home.
