He was a native of Lafaette, IN and a self employed photographer. He was a beloved husband and father, member of Trinity Wesleyan Church, and loved fishing and cooking.
He is survived by his wife; Sue Carol Johnson of Louisville, 1 son; Adam C. Johnson of Louisville, parents; Ray H. and Louise C. Johnson of Eastview, and 1 brother; Kenneth H. Johnson of Waynesville, NC.
The funeral will be Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at 12:00pm at Brown Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Burge officiating with burial following at Cave Hill Cemetery in Louisville, Ky.
Visitation will be Tuesday, June 21, 2016 from 2:00-6:00 pm at the funeral home.
