He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Forrest Rose Wade, and his brother Everette Wade.
Survivors include his wife Charlene Jean Wade, his sister Nancy King, his son Kevin (Henriette) Wade, his daughter Kathy Wade, 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
There will not be a funeral but prayers for the family are appreciated.
