Debra Joyce Budlove

She was born on October 12, 1954, in Kenosha, Wisconsin, to the late James and Effie Noel Young.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Jerry Lee Budlove; children, Michael (Sabrina) Budlove, Brian (Colleen) Budlove, Christy (David) Webster, Daniel (Sarah) Budlove; grandchildren, Autumn and Tyler Budlove, Gavin Powell Budlove, Colton and McKenna Budlove, Jared and Liam Webster; brother, David (Joan) Young; and nephews, David “DW” and Sean Young.

The Funeral will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 11:00 A.M. at Brown Funeral Home, 306 College Street, Elizabethtown, with burial to follow at Kentucky Veteran’s Cemetery Central, 2501 N Dixie Blvd, Radcliff. Pastor Louie Williams and Bro. Steve Hill to officiate. A livestream of the funeral will be available on this page.

Visitation will be Tuesday night at the funeral home from 4 – 8:00 P.M. and again on Wednesday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Debra’s memory to the Radcliff Veterans Center.
