Donna Howe Buckles

She was born in Woodford County, and was a member of Clays Mill Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She is survived by her husband, Dwight A. Buckles, originally from Elizabethtown; two daughters, Angela (David) Guiser of Alabama and Dina Wood of Elizabethtown; three grandchildren, Christopher Atherton, Matthew Guiser and Kathryn Guiser and great grandchildren, Gavin and Grayson Atherton.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Emma Lafoe Howe and her sister Brenda Pratt.

She enjoyed collecting Hummels and collectible Teddy Bears. She also enjoyed her working in her flower gardens. She loved her dogs: Maggie and Regan.

The funeral will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home. Burial will follow in E'town City Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 12 to 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
