Eddie Wood

He was a born in New Rochelle, NY, and attended New Hope Community Church. He graduated in 1977 from North Hardin High School, received his BAAS from Texas State University and his MBA from Texas Tech University. He played tennis at the University of Louisville and was the #1 ranked over 50 tennis player in Kentucky. He was the CEO at Pawn Masters.

He is survived by his mother, Erika Wood of Elizabethtown; two brothers, Andy Wood and Bill Wood (Anna) all of Elizabethtown; a nephew, Taylor Wood; two nieces, Lexie Wood and Misty Wood; and an uncle, Juergen Schwan.

The funeral will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home with Rev. Herb Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Hardin Memorial Park.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and continue after 12 noon Tuesday at the funeral home.
