Evelyn Brown

She was a native of Larue County, a seamstress at Rachel Brosky Interiors, and a faithful follower of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred Lee and Mary Roark; one brother, Harold Roark and one sister. Winona Johnson.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years. Robert A. "Bob" Brown of Elizabethtown; 2 sons; Roger (Deloris) Brown of Brandenburg and Russell (Sherilyn) Brown of San Antonio, TX; one daughter, Rachel (Alex) Brosky of Elizabethtown; two brothers, Paul Roark of Louisville and David Roark of St. Louis; three sisters, Anita Sidebottom of Hodgenville, Ella Hill and Brenda Slayton both of Louisville; eight grandchildren, Kevin, Phillip, Erin, Zachary, Sam, Mallory, Paul, and Maggie; one great grandchild, Corrine Elaine and one great grandson due in March.

The funeral will be Friday at 1:00 pm at Fellowship Baptist Church in Radcliff with Russell Brown officiating.

Burial will be private.

Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00-8:00pm and continue after 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
