She was born on June 9,1924, in Boston, KY, to the late Lewis and Lulu Braden Douglas.
She was a beloved wife, mother, aunt and sister who will be missed dearly.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Earl Vittitow; brothers, Irwin, Henry, Elza; sisters, Gladys, Sudie, Mary, and Cleo.
She is survived by her daughter, Beverly Vittitow; and she was blessed with numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
The Funeral will be held on Tuesday, April 29, at 12:00 Noon at Brown Funeral Home, 306 College Street, Elizabethtown. Bro. Ron Davis will officiate and burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, 4623 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40213.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service.
