Helen was born on June 2, 1924 to Clarence & Kelsey Young in Eastview KY.
She attended Lynnvale High School and graduated in 1942.
She was married to Aubrey Maupin in 1946 and they moved to Louisville until 2012 before moving back to Hardin County.
They attended Severns Valley Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband Aubrey Maupin, her brothers Albert Young and Richard Young, and her nephews Richard Young and Eric Thompson.
She is survived by her sister Jane Thompson, her niece Debbie Hoagland, several great nephews, and 1 great niece.
