She was a native of Hardin County and a graduate of Central Hardin High School. Jessica had Williams syndrome and celebrated life to the fullest and never met a stranger.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Petra Marliese Stuckey and her grandparents, Carl and Anna Stuckey.
Survivors include her sister, Elizabeth Stuckey; nieces and nephews, Mars and Trista Wiles, Carter Ayers and Gavyn and Layne Weber; two aunts, Sylvia Stuckey and Peggy and Michael Mather.
