She was a native of Bloomington, IL and a member of Memorial United Methodist Church. She retired after 39 years from the State of Kentucky.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Oren and Freda Frisch Locke.
She is survived by her husband Robert B. "Abe" Miller and nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home with Rev. John Vaught officiating.
Burial will follow in Hardin Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
