Leveda Ruth Storie Moon

She was born on January 8, 1938, to the late Estil and Nenah Storie of Byrdstown, TN

She was preceded in death by her spouse of nearly 73 years, Rev. Arnold Glaston Moon; two brothers, Walden Storie and Hollis Storie and a great-grandchild, Caden Moon.

Survivors include her children, Leon Moon of Walton, Sue (Greg) Puckett of Upton, Larry (Brenda) Moon of Vine Grove, Eddie Moon (Michelle Norman) of Ohio, and Kim Mikolajczyk (Matt Hegedus) of Melbourne, FL; she was blessed with nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a great number of nieces and nephews.

The Funeral will be held on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Blue Ball Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Blue Ball Baptist Church Cemetery, 1485 Blue Ball Church Road, Elizabethtown, KY 42701.

Visitation will be held on Monday from 11 to 2 p.m. at the church.
