Lois was born on December 30, 1932 in Howevalley, Kentucky to the late Scott and Shelley Helms Goodman.
She was a loving mother and grandmother and was a wonderful baker.
Lois was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Otis J. Bennett; and five brothers, Vernie Goodman, Newman Goodman, Chester Goodman, Melvin Goodman, and Raymond Goodman.
Survivors include her son, Mike (Cindy) Collins of Bardstown; two brothers, Edward (Frances) Goodman of Cecilia and Fairly (Shirley) Goodman of Cecilia; one granddaughter, Lori Schreck, and Lori’s mother, Linda Collins.
Visitation is from 12 PM Noon to 2 PM on Thursday, July 3, 2025 at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown.
A graveside service will follow at 2:30 PM Thursday in Howevalley Cemetery.
