She was a native of Oklahoma City, OK and moved to Elizabethtown in 2014. She was a retired Certified Medical Assistant in Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Don J. Cook; a son, James William Cook; a daughter, Catherine Ann Cook and her parents, William and Dorothy Casey Lewis.
She is survived by two daughters, Debra (Joseph) Sullivan of Elizabethtown and Donna (Felix) Aquino of Spain; one brother, William (Donna) Lewis of Moore, OK; 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Her wishes were to be cremated and buried in Oklahoma.
