With love and gratitude, we remember Lucy Lee (Clark) Hansen who passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2026. Born December 29, 1940, in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, Lucy will be remembered for the love she shared and the lives she touched.
Lucy was a member of St. James Catholic Church, graduating from E-town Catholic High School in 1959. She always felt Elizabethtown and St. James were home even amid 20+ years living in Southeastern Michigan before settling back down in Elizabethtown in 2010 shortly before her husband Robert's retirement. Known for her extreme love for her children, Rob, Tony, and Tim, Lucy frequently drove them to play practice, and baseball, soccer, and basketball practices and games. Lucy loved attending her children's events, whether it be Christmas concerts, plays, or sporting events. She was even known to fly to Houston for a national Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) debate and drive half a baseball team to tournaments in her "big blue van." Lucy gave it everything she had. Through her laughter and jokes; through her stories and memories; Through her baking; Lucy was a shining star and an amazing member of our family. We are heartbroken to lose someone so special, so extraordinary.
She was a wonderful woman who will be deeply missed.

She was also a beloved sister, deeply cherished by her surviving sisters and brothers, Betty Marsee, Katchie Lynch, Joe (Diana) Clark, Bill (Nicki) Clark, Kenny (Stephanie) Clark, and sister-in-law, Jeanie Clark. Her close bond with her siblings reflected her deep love for family.
