She was formerly from Louisville, lived in Elizabethtown, and was a retired CNA.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bob Cassidy and Dorothy Patterson Howard.
She is survived by her son, Troy (Suzanne) Dye of Elizabethtown; two daughters, Kim Kinslow of Paducah and Debbie Kinslow of Hopkinsville; a brother, David (Shirley) Howard of Brentwood, TN; a sister, Ann Howard of Nashville, TN: three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Cremation was chosen and there will be a private service at a later date.
