Mary Jo (Chaney) Snyder, age 92, of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, went to her Heavenly home and to be with the love of her life, Jack H. Snyder, on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at Peridot Senior Living in Elizabethtown.
She was born on December 11, 1933, in Somerset, KY, to the late Otis B. and Ruth Chaney.
She was dedicated to her work at Hardin Memorial Hospital and was a member of Severns Valley Baptist Church. Her hobby was attending UK football games, but her life revolved around her family.
She is survived by her son, Stuart M. (Laura) Snyder and grandson, Andrew (Caylee) Snyder.
In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held.
Final resting place is Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens, next to her husband of 67 years, Jack.
