Megan…. What can I say that everyone don’t know about her already. She was the closest thing I had to a real sister. She was always there to provide me with sound life improving advise. She was someone I could always turn to for guidance. She was who I spent the last year with at work eating lunches together and bouncing relationship advice back and forth. I had a love for Megan that only a brother and sister could share. Rest easy sis. Until we meet again. Always remembered and never forgotten.

I have 6 kids, and I never had a baby shower, she got everyone on board and managed to help throw my first and only baby shower. And she helped me get through the newborn "trenches" with youngest daughter. I used to call her the golden goose,  because she would hold my daughter and she would have her phone or tell me take our picture and she would sit up tall and really smile a big pretty cheesy smile and I would tell her she looked like a proud mother goose, and because of her hair she became the golden goose.

She always found a way to show up. She would drive across the state as often as she could and she made time no matter what. I wish I had met her earlier in my life. She was a light to me on my dark days, and she always had a way to bring me to laughter from heartache, anger, hopelessness. I was her "we can figure it out" and she was my "don't be so serious". She was my emergency contact, and the godmother of my children. The way she loved her children, was the way I would want my children loved if I could not be here to love them myself. She truly set the bar high for herself, and she always met it, only to set it higher. She taught me to love myself, and that I was worthy of other people's love as well.  My oldest son is on the spectrum, and when he was 6, he was really struggling,  as was I, with him transitioning into school, and she and Carl became a light and a safe person for him, in a very dark time for a child to experience...The only safe person outside of myself and his dad. He loved her so much and she brought him so much joy and helped bring him back to himself and out of his shell. She googled techniques to help him learn to calm himself and she would sit with him and work with him to learn and use these techniques. They are still his go to techniques today he uses. She had a way to do these things so effortlessly. My son told me and Megan, he was going to marry her, and when I told him that Megan and Carl were engaged, he said, "that's okay Carl is just keeping her safe til I grow up. I'm okay with it as long as it's Carl. He will be good for her until I grow up."

She tried to help me with my cousin's death and our last conversation she told me that she loved me forever and always 💔. She's already missed

Megan you were definitly a free spirit. I wish we’d had more time to share our whimsies. You are a beautiful soul and we will always be seeing you through your boys. Rest now dear girl.

I still remember, at the age of 16, riding with you in your car with the boys and blasting music with the windows down!! You were so fully of energy and bright light. You will be so missed. Enjoy the time with Trenton! xo
