She was a native of Missouri and a member of Northside Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by two husbands, Horace Tilford Puckett and Robert Clay Lewis; and eleven brothers and sisters.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
A Graveside Service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Sonora Cemetery with Rev. Dan Newton officiating.
Visitation will be from 12-1:30 p.m. Saturday at Brown Funeral Home.
