
She was a native of Hardin County and worked in housekeeping at Hardin Memorial Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Lewis Tatum; a son, Earl Lewis "Ace" Tatum, a daughter, Wanda Joyce Pures; her parents, Robert E. and Mary Elizabeth Fox Hobbs and a brother, Robert Hobbs.
Survivors include a son, William Robert (Eloisa) Tatum of Kansas; two daughters, Mary Ann (Jim) Whitten of FL and Rhoda Jean Dingus of VA; three brothers, Lester Hobbs, Woodrow Hobbs and Joseph Hobbs; a sister, Betty Grimes; 10 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
The funeral will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 12 to 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
