He was preceded in death by his former wife, Crittie Shartzer Stillwell, and a son Howard Stillwell.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred Hash Stillwell; three sons, Dewey Stillwell, Andre Stillwell, and Mark Stillwell; eleven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
In keeping with the wishes of Ralph Stillwell, there will be no funeral services.
