Randy devoted many years of her working life to service, helping wounded soldiers at Fort Knox, and later retiring from the Federal Fish and Wildlife.
Randy is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Wheeling; and brother, George Richard Marlatt (Belinda Gail).
She was preceded in passing by her husband, Bobby Ferguson; and her parents, George Franklin Marlatt and Leona Wright.
Visitation will be held at Brown Funeral Home, 306 College St., Elizabethtown, Kentucky 42701, on May 9, 2026, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will follow at Brown Funeral Home on May 9, 2026, beginning at 1:00 pm.
Final resting will be at Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville.
