He was a native of Hardin county and a 2003 graduate of John Hardin High School.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Sara Rene Patterson-Burch.
He is survived by his parents, Raymond B. and Rene Phillips Patterson of Radcliff; one sister and her husband, Amber Patterson-Young and Brian Young of Elizabethtown; his grandmothers, Maureen "Oma" Patterson of Elizabethtown and Belinda Phillips of Radcliff.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
