She was preceded in death by her parents, Lou and Geri Wise.
She is survived by her husband, James Temple of Radcliff; one son, Christopher Berarducci; two daughters, Juliana Berarducci and Molly Temple; two sisters, Peg McCollister and Mary Muryzinski; and three grandchildren, Daniel, Jeremy, and Riley.
The funeral is Monday at 2 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown.
Visitation begins Monday at 12 p.m. and continues until the time of the service.
