Santiago Matthew Hernandez

He was a native of Phoenix, AZ, a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel and a Pharmacy Tech at CVS Pharmacy. Matt was Mariah Carey's biggest fan, love Star Trek and was the most loved person we've ever known.

Survivors include his father, Paul Michael C. Hernandez of Boston; his mother, Maria Oralia Hurtado Damico, and seven siblings, Jose Orlando Hernandez, Paulmichael Hernandez, Veronica Lumpkin, Maribel Hernandez, Marissa Hernandez, Gabriel Hernandez and Nicholas Hernandez.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel with Father Joseph Pfeiffer officiating.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 pm Monday at Brown Funeral Home with a rosary service at 7 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you adopt an angel from the angel tree in honor of Matt.
