She was a native of Hardin County, and was a book critic for independent authors.
She is survived by her children, Paxton A. Burch and Braydon Burch of Warner Robins, Georgia; parents, Ray and Rene Phillips Patterson of Radcliff; brother, Robert A. Patterson of Radcliff; sister, Amber Patterson-Young (Brian) of Elizabethtown; and two grandmothers, Maureen "Oma" Patterson of Elizabethtown and Belinda Phillips of Radcliff.
