

Born on January 4, 1970, in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, Thomas lived a life marked by service, dedication to education, and unwavering support for those around him.
Thomas proudly served his country in the United States Army, enlisting in 1991. Over the course of his 11-year military career, he rose to the rank of E-5 and retired honorably in 2002. His time in the service reflected his deep sense of duty and commitment to others—qualities that remained central throughout his life.
Following his military service, Thomas pursued higher education with determination and excellence. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from McKendree University in 2007 and continued there to complete a Master of Business Administration in 2011. Never one to stop learning or growing, he went on to receive a Master of Science in Management from Sullivan University in 2016. In 2023, he began working toward a Ph.D. in Business Administration at Liberty University—a testament to his lifelong pursuit of knowledge and personal growth.
Thomas was known for his approachable nature and generous spirit. He had a personality that made him easy to talk to and was always ready with a helping hand when someone was in need.
His devotion as a husband and caregiver was evident in every aspect of his life.
He is survived by his loving wife Angela McIntosh; his mother Patricia Savage; sisters Beth Fish and Sarah Callander; daughter Allison Brown; sons Cameron Sparrow Savage and Spencer Savage; stepchildren Tyler Blevins, Ashley Blevins, and Austin McIntosh; five nieces; three nephews; and three grandchildren.
Each of them carries forward memories of Thomas kindness, strength, and steadfast love. A man who gave much to both family and country, Thomas leaves behind a legacy rooted in compassion, perseverance, and service.
