Tilford Alan Love

He was a lifelong resident of his family farm in Eastview, where he enjoyed raising horses, livestock, and working in his wood shop. Tilford was a dedicated husband and father, with a deep love for his Lord and Savior, family, and friends, who are looking forward to rejoicing with him in Heaven for eternity.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Rev. James Robert Love and Dora Vern Love; his sisters Patsy Carolyn, and Loretta Kaye; and his brother-in-law, Patrick Morgan.

He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Janet Mercer Love; one son, Branden (Cindy) Love; two daughters, Patricia (Nick) Burd, and Jessica (Steven) Warren; three brothers, Bennie (Cindy) Goodman, Rev. Charles (Sue) Love, Jackie (Gail) Love; one sister, Joyce Morgan; four grandsons, Jonathan and James Love, and Hayden and Walter Warren; three granddaughters, Mackenzie and Alexandria Love, and Peyton Warren.

The funeral is at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 21st at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown, with the Rev. Charles Love officiating. Burial will follow at Eveleigh Cemetery in Leitchfield.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, August 20th and will continue at 9 a.m. Thursday, August 21st at the funeral home.
