He was a native of Tucson, AZ and was a car hauler for Jack Cooper Transport. He previously worked for Harry Owen Trucking and Ballard Trucking. Todd loved boating, fishing and going out riding on his bike.
Survivors include his wife, Gwynn Brandner; his father, Eugene Brandner of Elizabethtown; his mother, Jocie (Ralph) Skinner of South Bend, NE and a sister, Michael Anne Brandner of Radcliff;
