He was a native of Manhattan, KS and worked for Nazareth Visiting Nurses Association of Louisville.
He is survived by his parents, Leonard and Jacquelyn Cohen; two sisters, Jennifer Broome of Elizabethtown and Kimberly Watson (Kyle) of Jackson, MS. He is also survived by three nephews, Zachary Broome, George Watson, and Wesley Watson.
A celebration of life service for Tracey will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church.
The family requests donations be made to the American Diabetes Foundation or the Hardin County Animal Shelter.
