She was born on August 10, 1962 in Maryville, Tennessee.
Tracy worked in billing and insurance for Hardin Memorial Hospital and was a member of Central Avenue Baptist Church.
Her greatest joy in life was her family and friends, who she loved dearly.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Miller; her father, William Wheeler; and a brother, Elijah Wheeler.
Survivors include her mother, Karon Wheeler; one son, Daniel Miller; one grandchild, Baleigh Miller; her cat, Lucky; and brothers and sisters, Thomas, Michael, David, Stacey, Sandra, Kelly, and Cindy.
The funeral is at 1 PM on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown.
Burial follows in St James Cemetery.
Visitation begins at 11 AM Tuesday and continues until the time of service at the funeral home.
