Though life took him on a path apart from his family in recent years, Victor is remembered fondly by those who survive him: his children, Elizabeth Wood (Steven) and Jessie Lee (Brandy); his grandchildren, Alana and Abigail Wood; and his brother, Kevin Grogan (Patricia). He also leaves behind his nieces and nephews, Athena Grogan, Brian Grogan, and Emily Scarbro.
Victor’s smile was contagious, and his laughter and jokes brought joy to those around him. His service to his country, along with the warmth and humor he shared with others, will be cherished by his loved ones, even across the distance that life may have created. His legacy of duty, dedication, and kindness will not be forgotten.
