

He is survived by his mother Verlayn W. Ford of Riviera Beach, MD, two sisters, Donna M. Pickett (David) of Austinville, VA, their children and grandchildren, Allison E. Ford of Riviera Beach, MD and a brother Danny Ford of Laurel, MD. Two children, Andrew M. Ford Jr. (Nikki) and Joshua R. Ford (Franny), He leaves behind adored grandchildren and step-grandchildren, Addison, Dakota ,CJ, Alyssa, and Nat. Two Uncles George Wendal Jr. (Clare) and Charles Wendal and their children.
Preceded in death by his grandparents George and Marguerite Wendal Sr., and Aunts Madelyn Ford and Jacquelyn Wendal.
Andy was a graduate of Montgomery Blair High School, class of 1977. His career in the food business began with Giant Food in 1980, where he later retired. In retirement he owned and operated distributorships for Arnold Thomas Bakeries and Pepperidge Farm in both Frederick MD and Charleston SC areas.
He enjoyed Golf, was a life- long Washington Football Fan, enjoyed the comedy of Jeff Dunham, and the music of Darius Rucker.
And no tribute to Andy would be complete without his love of Bruce Springsteen mentioned.
