On Sunday April 28, 2013 Carlyn Emma Otter (nee Schmidt), 96, beloved wife of the late Gordon Otter passed away. Loving mother of Donna Gowl and John Heagy; she is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her loving children; Dorothy Phillips, Charles, Thomas and Ronald Heagy.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home, Inc. at Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, Maryland on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m., where funeral service will be held on Monday, May 6, 2013 at 11 :00 a.m., interment will follow in Meadowridge Memorial Park.
