My sincerest condolences to everyone who loved Carol. I was in a Weight Watchers group with her led by Pearl. She was so kind and supportive of everyone in the group. She was often our biggest cheerleader. Running into her at the Giant always put a smile on my face. May her memory be eternal.

When I arrived as a brand-new pastor at Our Savior LC, Carol Ann helped me "learn the ropes," freely offering sage advice and when necessary, constructive criticism. She was the consummate receptionist who drew upon her HR experience to care for people of all kinds who walked through the doors of the church office, especially those in need of emergency assistance. Without being asked, she also stepped forward to free me from the little administrative details that can consume a pastor's time. I will always be grateful for the loving and devoted relationship that we had, and so enjoyed, with each other.
