On Sunday, November 22, 2015. Carroll is survived by his beloved wife Joan Bevans Grace, daughters Lynne Vadelund, Brenda Sears, Laurie Garland and Tammy Matthews. He is also survived by his loving grandchildren; Christina, Kelsey, Erin, Connor and Kirsten. Carroll was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend and will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc., 7250 Washington Boulevard, Elkridge, MD 21075 (exit 6 off Rt. 100) on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday, November 28, 2015 at St. Paul Catholic Church,3755 St. Paul Street, Ellicott City, MD 2043 at 10:00 am.
