Charles was the Beloved husband to the late Carol Tracey; Loving father to Darleen Blaney and husband Phil, Karen Hurley, and Carol Gibson; Cherished Pop of Stephanie, Stephen, Nic, Dylan, Bode, and his grand dogs, Dakota and Maverick.
Charles, known as Tracey to family and friends, was a master builder and owner of Ten Oaks Construction Company. Tracey was a Navy Veteran, and enjoyed traveling with his family and friends visiting many different countries along the way. He loved fast cars and driving any vehicle. He played the occasional round of golf, bowled on different leagues over the years, and loved soaking up the sun around the pool.
