Charlotte Ann Scheufele, age 86, of Hampstead, Maryland passed away on Monday, November 1, 2021. Charlotte was born February 23, 1935 to parents William H. and Vera E. Plunkert (nee Koontz); beloved wife of the late Charles Scheufele and devoted mother of Colleen Manis (Jerry) and the late Barbara Ann Grove; dear sister of Wilson, Eddie and Warren Plunkert, Vera Perkins, Dorothy Meyers, Gloria Lobb, Hattie Brown, and Lottie Havel; cherished grandmother of Joshua and Jacob Manis and Bonnie Lynn Grove. Charlotte is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc. 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, Maryland 21075 (Exit 6 South off Route 100) on Thursday, November 4, 2021 from 3:00 - 5:00pm and 7:00 - 9:00pm where a Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, November 5, 2021 at 11:00am. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park.
